We need to encourage all students an equal opportunity to go for their dream. In America, citizens pay taxes to better our population. The decision of where our tax dollars go should be decided by a financial, non-partisan council. Tax dollars are collected for the good of the people, not to punish them.
Seems so many of the universities Trump/DOJ has gone after have capitulated. How can they fight big government: costly, drawn-out court battles....or what??
What do you think, Jack, is happening at state universities in red states. Are governing bodies over state schools already moving toward these measures even if in an ever so slightly hidden way? I’m in Texas and I have three grandchildren at three different state universities. I have no idea what is happening in this regard. It seems GOP governors and governing boards would be cooperative by mandating certain things at the state level.

So you either withhold funding or sue their asses. Win-win. And WAY oversimplified, but either way, he's got us by the short hairs.
The extortionist in chief is on a roll. Law firms, DOJ, FBI, universities, businesses. He hasn't seen anything he can't extort money from.
And maga will clap and cheer, and say they deserve everything that they get!
