That's all well and good, Jack. But here you are, giving us yet another item to consider on your weekend; you seem to be going seven days a week as it is. I hope you are following your own counsel and taking _some_ time for your own self.
Have been gripped by fear and loathing upon getting sucked into twitter feed and political BS.
But tonight, helping out at a community supper and connecting with kind people!~
