In my view, that should be the primary goal with any article; GET ATTENTION.
Easier said than done. Then, when you also pledge to not unnecessarily exaggerate, distort…or deviate from the available facts…yeah…to simultaneously do that…AND get…and KEEP attention, you better have a firm grasp of psychology, human behavior…and how people learn.
