Your continuing coaching keeps me sane and productive. Thank you for sharing what I can use to help friends and neighbors. People are starting to come out of the zombie trance.
That means the world, Mary. Sanity is a team sport...and you’re playing it...like a pro. Keep passing the tools down the street: one friend...one neighbor...one small win at a time. The trance breaks when steady people like you show up...stay calm...and model courage in public.
Exactly right, Candy. Calm isn’t the absence of emotion...it’s control of it. Analysis without panic turns chaos into chess. The moment you think clearly...you start shaping events instead of being shaped by them. That’s the real leverage in turbulent times.
I did say that, Marsha. The truth is, the traditional "breaks" that we normally think of don't recharge me nearly as much as writing with a clear purpose.
Unbroken is a powerful story! I love it. Your blueprints for survival are useful and much-needed. I need these and am grateful. I will listen several times. I’m threading these into the 12 steps. “Panic is contagious but so is CALM.”
Jack, I'm working on my survival strategy and have a master outline which has allowed me to see where to focus my energy. First is shelter in place ... what do I have, what do I need? Next I will concentrate on an evacuation plan. Your blueprints have helped me immensely, thank you!

Jack, I thought you weren't going to be writing as much this weekend. Take a break.

P.S. The "share" link is not working on this post so I can't print it.
