So, I just hummed the entire “Darth Vader” music of Star Wars. My sinuses are clearer, my mind is calmer. I will admit I got a bit loud and had to apologize to my neighbor.
Wonderful, Wende! That's funny (Darth Vader) because when I hum, I have a different stream of songs coming through my mind than when I am playing my guitar. I'm often like, "I didn't even know I knew that song...but I just hummed it!" :)

Humming is a wonderful tool for calming...why do I always forget to do it?
