Just getting my soul and my trauma validated..I survived and I’m thankful for so much. My kids are adults now but my eldest is 40 minutes away and the youngest.. she would go and visit her old school friends in that town and I’d tell her please please be careful.. now my youngest just bought her first home a few hours away with her boyfriend and she has her cat and they have their dog and she’s working in my industry and doing Dad’s bookkeeping.. I’m content now. My girls are adulting.. I still have my bonus son every single weekend he’s a teenager and he’s number 15 of all the kids I’ve raised.. yes 15.. I’m the youngest of 6.. and my 3 older brothers are drug addicts.. so I raised all of their kids.. I’m very close to all their ex wives. But my brothers never paid a cent in child support.. so Aunty(me) made sure the children had everything they needed.. and when something goes sideways.. I get the phone call.. and now they’re the ones checking on me..😂 I’m content and thankful.
I know who I believe and who I don’t and I have zero faith in Todd Blanche and the DOJ being open and honest and providing the requested documentation. My question is, when the opposing side does not provide the documents requested, the requesting party normally would file with the court a motion to compel production of certain documents. If there is noncompliance, the court gets involved and rules for or against the moving party. If noncompliance continues, sanctions can be assessed and awarded. I don’t see where any of this is happening or has happened. I find it improbable that every court and their judges are compromised. What piece of this do I not understand or I am missing?

It’s not just mean they feel entitled that’s what enrages me.. that they can do anything they want without any boundaries. Without stop gaps.. we have a 34 count rapist in the WH.. JFC .. those law enforcement fuckers.. who raped me and no one really cares.. that’s what just fries my circuits.. RAPE is real. And surviving it takes monumental amounts of work to function normally again. Then you have triggers.. seeing someone who resembles your rapist.. JFC you have no idea the amount of trauma that buries you.. and yet you still wake up and try to live normally again.. and ask anyone who’s had trauma like that.. it’s fighting every single day to just find normalcy. To laugh again.. to TRUST again.. to believe you can be normal again.. but it’s really about a new normal.. is like going to war.. PTSD oh yeah.. my old friend. And the anxiety.. fuck.. yeah the anxiety can be debilitating..

I survived and it took a lot of work to put myself back together. You don’t have a choice when you’re also trying to raise your kids at the same time. But I’m thankful for them because I couldn’t just disappear. I had to still function and be Mom. They’re adults now and my youngest asked me how did you survive all of that.. I couldn’t give up I had to make sure you and your sister thrived.. that’s my job. It’s the best job ever. That’s what Mom’s do.
I'm angry and sad that your life has been so permanently altered merely to satisfy someone's sense of entitlement.
But you inspire through your resilience. I'm routing for you.
If there is one thing the current regime has revealed, it is just how entrenched rape culture is.
This is the nation that elects a serial rapist as POTUS. Twice. In any other Universe, the Access Hollywood tapes have immediately made Trump radioactive. And now DOJ is doing its best to protect rich and powerful from the consequences of raping children(!)

Just getting my soul and my trauma validated..I survived and I’m thankful for so much. My kids are adults now but my eldest is 40 minutes away and the youngest.. she would go and visit her old school friends in that town and I’d tell her please please be careful.. now my youngest just bought her first home a few hours away with her boyfriend and she has her cat and they have their dog and she’s working in my industry and doing Dad’s bookkeeping.. I’m content now. My girls are adulting.. I still have my bonus son every single weekend he’s a teenager and he’s number 15 of all the kids I’ve raised.. yes 15.. I’m the youngest of 6.. and my 3 older brothers are drug addicts.. so I raised all of their kids.. I’m very close to all their ex wives. But my brothers never paid a cent in child support.. so Aunty(me) made sure the children had everything they needed.. and when something goes sideways.. I get the phone call.. and now they’re the ones checking on me..😂 I’m content and thankful.

I know who I believe and who I don’t and I have zero faith in Todd Blanche and the DOJ being open and honest and providing the requested documentation. He’s already shown who he is and who he protects… many times over. I hope it comes back to bite him.. in a really big way. Hopefully before New Mexico’s case goes completely cold. The victims and survivors deserve it and they’ve had to wait far too long already.

You put your finger on the thing that matters most: this isn't about assuming the worst of Blanche. It's that a public record ALREADY exists...the WITHHELD files...the DELAYS the pattern of WHO gets protected...and people are entitled to judge him by it.
Skepticism you can point to on the page isn't cynicism. It's just paying ATTENTION. You don't owe the benefit of the doubt to ANYONE who's clamped a hand over the drawer.
And...you named the real stakes...the ones I NEVER want to lose sight of underneath all the politics: the survivors have already waited FAR too long...and every month the case edges closer to COLD.

I'll hold the "deadlier than the island" line lightly...a lot about the ranch is still rumor, and I'd rather let the withholding itself be the scandal than race ahead of what's proven. BUT...your instinct that this place got a suspicious PASS... needs zero rumors to stand.
On the hearing: yes, it's this week...Senate Judiciary...Wednesday and Thursday. Will the ranch get named specifically? I wouldn't bet on it; the fight's mostly been about the anti-weaponization fund...and Blanche's old job as Trump's lawyer.
But...the broader Epstein-files stonewalling is fair game...a legitimate question for ANY Democrat on that committee to put to him: your department has SAT on records a state prosecutor requested in February...WHY?

I searched on the question: how can doj be compelled to show all of its communications with new mexico attorney general raúl torrez regarding zorro ranch investigation? None of the mechanisms seem offer much hope of a remotely timely release.
I restacked with this note:
"Zorro Ranch. Main way in helicopter or plane. Are there records not under Blanche's rug that would have the same info that Epstein Island flights kept?
I know this would be one of the hardest thing any woman would need to face, but I do hope that other survivors step up, and help bring justice for themselves and the children who did not survive.
My biggest fear is that the trafficking merely changed locations and management, but the names are still in withheld documents."
I look at the searches being conducted on that piece of property, that happens to be surrounded by millions of acres of desert land not ever owned by Epstein, similar to the ocean surrounding Epstein Island. . . All they had to do was drive a few miles past his boundary and ...

I have reached the point that I take any information from this regime as false until proven true. The DOJ gives the press releases and stalls the investigation, that is criminal in and of itself.
I think the point that sticks in my mind is the DOJ as personal protection squad for whoever is in power. How do we prevent this abuse of power now and going forward.
Circle back to Zorro Ranch, the unredacted evidence needs to be produced. The State prosecutors should be able to build their case. To all the victims that survived and those that didn't justice needs to be done. I fear that Blanche will be confirmed and time will run out. I have more questions than answers unfortunately.
The stonewalling and smokescreen tactics of the DOJ and the Administration is just what their boss wants. Deny, deflect, discredit, and distract. This has always been Trump’s MO. Even if he had nothing to do with the NM property, his name is all over the files. A reckoning is coming and it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

I have a legal background though not a lawyer; I worked for years in litigation. My question is, when the opposing side does not provide the documents requested, the requesting party normally would file with the court a motion to compel production of certain documents. If there is noncompliance, the court gets involved and rules for or against the moving party. If noncompliance continues, sanctions can be assessed and awarded. I don’t see where any of this is happening or has happened. I find it improbable that every court and their judges are compromised. What piece of this do I not understand or I am missing?
