I have felt for a long time that Trump and MAGA are on their way out. This doesn't mean that we can relax and stop resisting, but it does mean that our resistance is working. Now that they are down, but not yet out, we must keep the pressure on, in order to facilitate their eventual downfall. Once they do fall, then we can work on rebuilding our country, including prosecuting Trump and all of Trump's sycophants to the fullest extent of the law.

Trump has demonstrated time and again that he is an expert at the two-step Nazi polka: 1). Make them afraid. 2). Play on that fear. It worked well for 10 years. Now that it's not working so well, he must come up with a move to instill fear in a new and different way, and I agree with you, it will be the Insurrection Act. But aside from reading the act and forwarding your columns and showing up for protests. what can we do to stop this? I'm lucky in that I live in Washington State with 2 Democrats as Senators and a democrat as my representative in Congress. But even if we write to our congressional reps, what can they do if he invokes the Insurrection Act? Serious question. I'm going to read the act right now.
Someone asked me today how I felt about the elections last night. I said good but more scared. My Brother is similar to Trump. If you agreed with him, he simmered down and let you pass. But if he felt you were attacking him, he brought full revenge down on you.
I understand Trump's personality because of my Brother. Even Melania once said "if you hit him, he hits back twice as hard." That is an understatement at this point.

Is there a good list of investigative reports or reporters to review and follow after due diligence?

Trump has effectively been cornered by the election results, the No Kings rallies, and the overall mood of the people. He’s a cornered, wounded animal, the most dangerous kind. He will react, probably exactly as you say. We can still hope commanders won’t go along, but enough will to make it happen. It will come faster and be worse. Thanks for the advice and encouragement.
