Hi Jack. This is all my students discussed this afternoon. Normally I stick to the required material but this takes precedence. Thanks for your great posts and awaiting more to fall and for all of these files to be released.

Dr. Andrew...that really means a lot. Thank you for sharing that.

The fact that your students are talking about this tells you something important. This isn’t just “news.” It’s become a live case study in power...accountability...institutions...and how information moves in a democracy.

And honestly? That’s a powerful teaching moment.

You can stick to required material and still help them think critically about process... how documents are released...how oversight works...how redactions are debated...how testimony changes stakes. That’s civic literacy in real time. Outstanding!

I’m glad the posts are useful. I’ll keep focusing on facts...mechanics..and where pressure actually matters; not noise, but substance.

Appreciate you being in the arena with your students. Conversations like that are how awareness compounds!

Thanks Jack for everything you do for the true victims here and for this supportive, truthful community. I make sure especially for my grad students that they’re comfy in expressing their views and opinions on a corrupt, badly broken system. I’m just a voice, they’re the ones who will effect changes long after I’m gone and silent (a long ways away!).

Here’s to the survivors. We see and hear you. And I have to believe that they will finally see some justice and results.

On an unrelated note: what a cool way to end my day getting a reply from you!

Brilliant post! It is all a vicious cycle, Feedback loops building on themselves and creating momentum along the way, an exponential dynamic. There is no way out!!

Jack Hopkins's avatar

Thank you, Ilene. Yes...exactly. You nailed the mechanics: documents → scrutiny → hearings → more documents → contradictions → more scrutiny.

That’s not “outrage,” that’s a self-feeding system.

I wouldn’t say there’s no way out...power always looks for exits (deflections, deals, scapegoats). BUT...the key is what you said: the loop keeps compounding. Every release raises the cost of containment...and every sworn contradiction raises the risk.

That’s why this feels inevitable...once feedback loops lock in...the system doesn’t reset. It fractures...then shifts.

I'm so glad you're here, Ilene Fischer! (and that I'm not the only night-owl ;)

Enough of The Epstien Files that have been released are like : The Files are loaded onto a ever growing line of passenger cars pulled uphill by a Steam train ..slowly going along...while more & more People who are named & More pressure to find out more names & connections, a second & a third steam Engine are pulling the Load....

And then we all watch as the Epstien Files connections affecting people World wide..9 countries so far..and People affected by their past with Epstien are baling their positions!

Jack Hopkins's avatar

Lillian Holsworth...THAT...is a powerful image...and it captures the momentum people are feeling.

And...it’s not just “more engines pulling.” It’s that once the archive is public...it becomes searchable...cross-referenced...and tied to sworn processes. That’s what adds horsepower.

Yes...when associations become liabilities...some people step back...resign...or get distanced. That’s not a runaway train. That’s institutions recalculating risk.

The key isn’t spectacle. It’s sustained...documented pressure...across jurisdictions, across countries...across hearings.

Momentum matters. And what makes it durable is evidence...procedure..and persistence.

I'm so glad you keep showing up!

This is what they call "button-down" blackmail material, taken from the button held down by a suicide bomber so that if they are killed the bomb will go off.

Trump's lawyers knew this was out there, and when they saw the size and scope of the komoranat material they "Blanched" (isn't it amazing how apt these names are, like Levitt's initials spelling KLAN?) when they realized how many were implicated in serious crimes. Rape, murder, kidnapping, torture... Epstein taped everything, and it was a tranche too large to redact or destroy. They tried, like the way they did find abd replace for D*T and redacted "don't.'

Putin has been in power for a quarter century, and Trump's corruption stretches back generations.

It's clear that these billionaires act with tasteless impunity, even the so-called ethical ones like Marc Benioff who yesterday joked at a Salesforce event about ICE while his own employees face harassment and discrimination from the lawless thugs. He had no idea how offensive his remarks were, and rather than apologize his team edited the video to scrub the record.

And this is the "good billionaire CEO." Musk is far worse, as we have all witnessed.

Is the impunity over? Will Americans finally stop worshiping at the altar of these amoral robber barons snd enact laws that hold them accountable to humanity before their venal greed completely destroys what remains of the planet? Is it too late to do this without violence?

Stay tuned.

Flood gates have opened. A forest of trees have been released. When I read Senator Jamie Raskin said Trump is named ‘a million times’ in the Epstein files I could see the watts of lightbulbs go on from afar. Steady as we go and it seems to be going far more quickly now. Thank you Jack.

Thank you for this, Jack. It gives me hope that the survivors might finally see justice and that the perpetrators might finally pay a price… in one way or another.

It felt too big to contain… for very long… to me but I needed this to feel like I was reading it right. So, I really appreciate this.

I’ll go to bed tonight with hope in my heart and pray the survivors have that same hope. I may actually sleep.

Thank you Jack! More than pleased to end my day on this note. The logic of it all is so compelling.... and I so enjoyed the weasely Lutnick conversation today as a lovely prelude to more.

Cheers.

It was distressing to find that at least 35 victims names did not get redacted, and their addresses were included.

They have been through so much. Great post.

Thank you💕

Always helps to find out where things are going.

Speculating they wanted to include victims to distract from the rest of it.

Used to DT doing that by now. He doesn't care who gets hurt if it will give him more time to play POTUS. They should ground AF1. He may be a flight risk. He will keep the plane.

Dear Jack, I just wrote an extremely well thought out response to your amazing article, which besides giving me a reason to smile this morning, helped me to connect the dots.

Then substack ate it. First they had to prove I was human (I passed thankfully), then it said waiting for a response from substack which didn't come, then it said sorry something went wrong and killed it. I had copied my words to the clipboard, but when I tried to repaste them they weren't there.

The one thing I did say, is this is no longer a river of information, but a tsunami, and it will destroy all those in its path. 😁

Have a great day and #HoldFast. I need more coffee.

Holy Shit Jack!! Your article is absolutely brilliant!! Complete case study in how information moves. I’ve learned more in one post than I ever learned in all my years going through college and a couple years of law school. No I am not an attorney I found out I fvcking hate arguing..I grew up in a family who does nothing but argue.. during any argument I go mute. 🤐 I listen I learn and then I leave. I don’t engage. Ever.. No matter how much I want to be right.. it’s just not worth it.

Maxwell will never testify. Trump cannot allow it. She knows too much. And if she were to be granted clemency, the public outcry would destroy Trump. So she will simply waste away in prison.

Jason Nyberg's avatar

There's _no way_ Maxwell could testify-away one million Trump references in the files without perjuring herself, and Trump can't neuter her under-oath testimony without implicating himself.

She has lost any leverage she may have had.

Jason Nyberg's avatar

Likewise, the DOJ bad actors just got themselves ensnared too. The instant Congress got access to the "unredacted" files, the cover-up was blown wide open. Kash and Bondi are EFFED, one way or another.

S Lane's avatar

“So she will simply waste away in prison.”

Good.

And may she spend all the endless, cursed days of her caged existence obsessively ruminating about how powerless and insignificant she is…SMIB. 😠🙏✨

What great news to start my morning! Thank you for giving us all some hope here.

Jo Burns's avatar

Thanks for this excellent post. The details are very helpful and informative. I am ready for consequences and more insights as things begin to emerge. I shared the fact with my he'd hat nabobs that 1 million+ (per Jamie Raskin)mentions in documents does not earn Trump a gold medal. What it does earn, an impeachment and jail time. I'm here for it. Thanks again for your intelligence and leadership in this murk.

This was the first article I read, with this morning's coffee. Do y'all know how happy I am to NOT be in the Epstien Files, nor have I ever molested a child? What a horrible truth to carry.
