Good job, mate. Restacked. Some folks will be relieved, I hope, for having read this.

Rae...thank you. Those restacks are crucial. If it reaches even ONE additional individual...that it can make a difference for...that is HUGE.

Thank you Jack , very interesting ! I have found that people that grieve for too long a period are filled with with guilt , when asking after 2 years after the death , the truth comes out ; I was mean to him a lot , I had an affair , I took money with out telling him and I made him work overtime for my habits ! These are the reasons for extended grief , yet their partner forgave in real time , it starts to become a real issue when the male or female doesn’t try to do anything in life , so they hide behind this wall sometimes for eternity !

Linda...boy...guilt DOES show up in grief often...and...you're sure right about it being underdiscussed!

I'm glad you're here. You're an asset to this community.

Spot on!! I really like your take on it as it may lead to a faster resolution than say…. picking through the unconscious stuff.

I’ve had to check myself on a couple of occasions lately when some old patterns that surfaced in t 1.0 started to creep back in (related to late nights & overconsumption of news). I like your question A LOT as I don’t know if I’ve asked that one specifically and it cuts to the chase so so quickly.

Bravo and a huge thanks, Jack!

Deb...thanks. Truly.

The fact that you caught the PATTERN... creeping back...is the CORE of the skill. Most people don't notice...until they're six weeks IN. Nice job!

Late nights and doomscrolling...yep...the classic pairing. One feeds the other...and man o' man...do they like to eat.

Glad the question landed, Deb.
