Yesterday morning Marc Elias of Democracy Docket was on MS NOW discussing this filing, and the way the way going about also filing demands in multiple jurisdictions in California. He seemed to be very, very concerned…do our Democracy Defenders have the resources, extensive resources to fight every last one of these insane actions…he quoted Bannon about “flooding the system” to overwhelm it…now we see that is exactly the plan! God I pray that we have do have the resources and fight left in us, that our judicial system will stand up to this assault and we can be done with these fckrs very soon!

Flooding the zone works PRECISELY because DEFENSE...costs more than OFFENSE.
ONE lawyer can file a suit in an afternoon. It takes a TEAM...WEEKS to beat it. That math is the entire Trump strategy...and...it’s why Alaska and the California filings landed in the SAME damn week.
But...here’s the part that keeps me steady.

As an Alaskan I see this latest bucket of bullshit as counterproductive to the Cheetolini administration: again, treating Alaska as the proverbial red headed stepchild and to add to that, this selling out of our gas production to Russia...Geo-stationary Jack!
Whether Trump "strategizes" this, or by now, it's just innate reflex - or overtly or tacitly suggested by others - is currently irrelevant.
What it is, is exactly what Jack says it is.
And the practical and emotional responses must be tuned to react to that reality.
The other issues - including to what degree T is the "mastermind", or what is going on in his head at any given moment - are irrelevant to the path that must be taken toward the goals that must be met.
