When I hear the word bedrock, I see steel pile or sheet pile being pounded or driven down to bedrock. I’ve seen both. But I am interested to see how this develops. Without a doubt, it seems like a great picture to explain what we need to find when everything is changing. Bedrock is the only place we can be to survive this.
LOL! The radio station that I listened to Mon.- Fri. While driving my daughters to school and myself to work used to play that every morning at 7:15. My younger (in her car seat) recognized the preceding phrase, would watch me in the mirror and all three of us would “yabba-dabbaa-doooooo” at the top of our lungs. What a great way to start the trip to town!!! I think of the little one especially every time I hear it or read it. She surprised the heck outta me the first time she did it. ❤️ KIDS ❤️
Excellent Jack. You are right on the mark. This is what we need to actually maintain that Bedrock in order to sustain both body and mind in these difficult times.
Otherwise the minds mental gymnastics could easily lead us off track unless we can return to the bedrock which is the foundation of our work together.
Getting closer to upgrading. SS is going to be sending me Riley's death benefit. All $255 worth. I can't think of anything that would have made him happier than to be,part of this.
I'l be there to support and comment, a always.
Very much looking forward to this! Thanks, Jack. 👍😊

Jack, that is a GREAT idea, and I will be reading every piece. Thank you for helping us to keep #HoldingFast!

This sounds like an amazing newsletter. I am looking forward to reading it!
Thanks, Jack. Connected to a kindred soul yesterday. Will share with him when it is okay. He is most definitely a five star resister.

Looking forward to this. It helps to be reminded that we need strength, it's in our DNA, and it's important to cultivate it.
Looking forward to this series, Jack. This is already hard and it’s going to get harder. I feel certain this will help. Thank you for doing it.
See you later today.
