Jack, that was seriously scary. I hope and pray that we can stay strong and fight for our country. Thank you for sharing this as a wake up call to all who think this coming year will be easy. Please stay alert.

That was brilliant Jack! Forewarned is forearmed.

I sincerely hope you have savvy democratic strategists who follow you, and make note and carry through on your incredible pieces.

Jack, since I became a paid subscriber you have consistently delivered solid material. 👏 Sometimes I am hesitant to read the body of the material, when sometimes, the lead in stirs unease in me. I've realized that what I've learned from your work is always a clear and concise message of action. I joined you because I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I just wasn't looking at the possibilities of inaction concisely. Tomorrow is a new day, for new action on my part. I haven't lived 71 years, never missing an election since 1972, to watch democracy die at my door. Oh, hell no! Thank you for today's work. I can only imagine how draining your writing is...but you are called to do it, and you are, magnificently!

Your first story reads like a post mortem of the 2024 election. I remain furious that the dems did not challenge and investigate. All seven swing states going to trump? I don't think so. Stinks to high heaven.

As always Jack a brilliant analysis. I have been screaming at the top of my posts for months PROTECT THE MIDTERMS. Hopefully now everyone and anyone reading you post will understand why. There is still time ...

It’s nice to know some believe the USA has a chance.

Of course, no one can predict when a person will die, but Trump is looking sick, weak, and frail. He will probably be dead before the 2026 election, and I don't think Vance has the muscle to pull this off. In any case, we need to be prepared for any shenanigans the Republicans try. Democrats will control the House by a good margin, but the Senate will be close, as there only a few seats that could potentially be flipped. The most vulnerable Republican Senator is Susan Collins, and she'll lose if the Maine Democrats choose the right candidate.

Good subject Jack! Scary but very necessary! Thanks! #HOLDFAST

So much of Trump’s popularity is still based on the belief that the 2020 election was stolen — because his supporters don’t understand how elections work. That’s why they were chanting, “Stop the count,” and why they believed those 60 court cases alleging election fraud were legitimate, even without evidence.

Jack, that’s why this is the most important thing you’ve ever written:

“Weeks before Election Day…leaders repeated one message relentlessly:

‘Votes will be counted.

Delays are normal.

Certification is the process.

Anyone claiming victory early is lying.’

So when the administration tried to declare narrative dominance…it failed.

The public had been inoculated.

And inoculation is more powerful than rebuttal.”

The Democratic establishment, including every one of their candidates, as well as every independent media channel, needs to get this message out there — early and often.

If you haven’t already done so, please arrange to do an interview with Meidas Touch and get them to promote this message.

Thank you.

So is someone working on “Project 2029” now?

PROTECT THE MIDTERMS is our new battle cry.

This was an ingenious article Jack. Obviously, I’ll take prediction B for Democracy everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. As another commenter alluded to, I hope some of our elected officials are following and taking heed because prediction A is terrifying. I watched the 2016 and 2024 elections with a feeling of doom that I couldn’t shake and if we don’t handle this a helluva lot better, 2026 and 2028 will make those last elections look almost inconsequential although they are how we arrived in this hellscape. I’ll be trying to do my part. I live in a rural district in WNC and there’s still a lot of work to be done here. I’ll do my best.

Thanks you Jack! ReStacking as always.

I really enjoyed this work of fiction. Both scenarios are plausible. It will take diligence, preparation & fighting for our country to have a positive outcome.

trump has started. DeJoy is changing postal rules. It won't only be getting the ballots in, but by getting them to start with. Folks need to know if their towns, cities and counties have ballot boxes.

Twice since moving to rural Utah ballots were delayed by problems with the printing companies.

Having a few problems on the home front, will check in as much as I can.

Happy New Year, Jack and all.
