Over the years…this newsletter has grown far beyond what I ever imagined. Tens of thousands of people now read it. Millions of people have seen ideas that first appeared here. Stories that began as observations in this community have often spread far beyond it.

But none of that is what I’m most grateful for.

What I’m most grateful for is that we’ve built a place where people can think clearly together.

In a time when outrage is profitable…panic is rewarded…and…every platform seems designed to keep people emotionally exhausted…this community has become something increasingly rare: a place for orientation.
