I just called John Kennedy and Bill Cassidy and told them how disgusted I am with Witkoff saluting Putin as a humanitarian!! I reminded them he is a war criminal - no where near a humanitarian. I am livid.

What is the saying, talk is cheap...they express their outrage, wring their hands and do absolutely nothing. If anyone of these does Republicans do more than that I would be shocked, Tillis, Cornyn, Cassidy all still vote exactly as they have been. History won't be kind to those that could have done more then just express there outrage.
Talk is the cheapest currency in Washington, and these guys are FLUSH with it.
Here’s the test I use: did the outrage COST them anything? A tweet costs nothing. A “no” vote that SINKS a nominee...or a spending bill costs them something.

Nobody, it seems, with a humanitarian spirit and an ounce of honest character could or would call the dictator a humanitarian. Because that is so, nobody with a conscience and any comprehension of the situation and its magnitude could ever support the individuals involved in supporting the dictator.
For the last 2-3 years, I can't even begin to tell you how many issues of The Jack Hopkins Now Newsletter I have written, hoping... that one day... someone would shove them in my face... and say... "YOU DUMB ASS. YOU WERE WRONG ALL ALONG."
I would have been THRILLED to have had many of my articles be proven as BS. I would have. The country NEEDED many of them to turn out to be fiction.
Understandably, many of them were right, and many of us are saddened by that reality.
All in all, however, I am utterly convinced that anyone who has subscribed to and read my articles is less caught off guard, and more psychologically prepared to stay in the fight...than those who weren't.
I will continue writing with that same brutal honesty. You deserve it. The country deserves it.
My take has always been this: until I can no longer, I will keep doing the things I'd do if everyone still believed it DID matter. EVEN when voices are suggesting to me...it doesn't.
That's how every battle that looked like it had no chance of prevailing...ever prevailed. It all started with the REFUSAL to believe anything other than WE CAN.
Witkoff calling Putin a “humanitarian” while Ukraine is shut out tells you everything about the message Trump’s administration is sending. Putin gets legitimacy, Ukraine gets sidelined, and American credibility takes another hit. Republicans still in Congress need to stop sniping from the sidelines and use their power to demand answers, oppose this appeasement, and hold this administration accountable.
I have been consistently contacting my Senators and Representative with regards to this issue. I have told them that there is no doubt who this nation needs to side with and it sure isn't Russia. I have suggested that as decent human beings (which I really don't believe particularly being from North Dakota) they have no business siding with Russia. If nothing else I am going to be a pain in their asses over and over again.
I am not surprised by Witkoffas all the ones in the criminal clown car regime and their associates are like trained seals that clap and make insane praise to the idiots like drumpf and now have decided that the premises need to go to putin in order to get more money and some who knows inside track. The oil will probably never land in the US as putin has not signed any agreement so that is just more air blown up the skirt go =f the Americans. The Hague or Nuremberg like trials can not start xsoon enough for me>>>
Apparently there is no RED LINE for the GOP members of Congress to take a stand anymore. Their silence or deflecting dialogue still makes them complicit to the downfall of the United States. VOTE like your life is on the line!
